1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website iptvon.co and the IPTV subscription service offered by IPTVON (“IPTVON”, “we”, “us”). By visiting our website, placing an order, requesting a free trial or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or service.

2. About IPTVON and the Service

IPTVON provides IPTV subscriptions that give you access to live TV channels, movies and series streamed over the internet through compatible IPTV apps and devices. Figures shown on our website, such as 35,000+ live channels and 160,000+ movies and series, are approximate and can change over time.

We provide the subscription and customer support. We do not sell streaming devices, and the IPTV apps you use to watch are provided by third parties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service, and the content you access, is lawful where you live.

4. Plans, Pricing and Payment

Our current plans are listed in the pricing section of our website. At the time of writing they are:

• 12 Months + 3 Months Free: $57.99

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment fees or taxes charged by your payment provider or bank are your responsibility. Your subscription runs for the plan period you purchased, including any bonus months. Please contact us before it ends if you want to renew.

5. Ordering and Activation

You can order by choosing a plan on our website and clicking Get Started, which opens a WhatsApp chat with our support team, or by contacting us through our contact page. An order is only complete once we have confirmed your payment and sent your login details.

Activation is normally instant after payment, but it can occasionally take longer. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a failed payment, and will refund any amount you paid for an order we cancel. If you do not receive your login details, contact us right away.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a 24-hour free trial on request so that you can test the service before buying. A trial is intended for personal evaluation only, is limited to one per person, household and device, and may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion. Trial access can be limited in features or content.

7. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Every plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

We may refuse a refund where the guarantee is being abused, for example through repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or after a breach of these Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.

8. Your Account and Login Details

Your login details are for your own personal use. You must keep them confidential, must not share or resell them (unless you take part in our reseller program), and are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your details have been compromised. The number of devices that can stream at the same time depends on your plan, and we will confirm it on request.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks the law where you live;
• copy, record for distribution, re-stream, resell, rent or share the content or your login details;
• use the service for public performance or commercial display;
• attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with our website, servers or service;
• abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other customers.

10. Content, Availability and Service Changes

Channels, movies and series are made available through third-party sources. Content can be added, changed or removed at any time, and availability, including sports events and PPV, can vary by region. We work to provide stable streaming with anti-freeze technology, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Planned maintenance or events outside our control may affect the service.

11. Devices, Apps and Internet Connection

The service needs a stable internet connection and a compatible device and IPTV app. Streaming quality, including 4K, depends on your content source, device, app and connection. Speed guidance we give is general advice, not a guarantee. You are responsible for your equipment, internet costs and any data charges.

12. Third-Party Services and Trademarks

Names and logos such as Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android, Samsung, LG, PlayStation, Xbox and others are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to show device compatibility and do not mean that we are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies. Third-party devices, apps, payment providers and messaging services such as WhatsApp are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Intellectual Property

The text, design, logos and other materials on our website belong to IPTVON or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use for the length of your subscription. All other rights are reserved.

14. Reseller and Affiliate Programs

If you take part in our reseller or affiliate programs, additional terms may apply and will be provided to you when you join. In case of conflict, those program terms apply to the program. Contact us to ask about the programs.

15. Customer Support

Our support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and by email at [email protected]. Free setup help is included with every plan. Support is provided as guidance and we cannot guarantee a specific response time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that any particular channel or title will be available in your region, or that content is lawful to access in your country.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTVON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or enjoyment, arising from your use of the website or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

18. Indemnification

You agree to compensate IPTVON for losses, claims and costs that result from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the service.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access without notice if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we are required to by law. In that case you may not be entitled to a refund, except where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Refunds for a cancelled order or within the 7-day guarantee are handled as described in the refunds section above.

20. Privacy

When you order or contact us, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number and order details, to process your order and give you support. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we use and protect your information.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. A change to our prices does not affect a subscription you have already paid for.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IPTVON operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
